If You Fill Out a Contact Form / Data Collection

We collect your name and contact details to respond to enquiries and facilitate event bookings. We ask for your child’s age to ensure they are placed in the appropriate session with the clubs at the festival. Additionally, we request the name of your child’s school as we will donate £2.00 for every child ticket purchased to the PTA after the event.

If your child books the roller disco or has the roller disco included in there package, we will also ask for their shoe size to provide a pair of roller boots on the day of the festival. This information will only be shared with AL Jordon, the Roller Disco provider and will not be used for any other purpose.

We also ask for the names of two friends your child would like to be in the same group with. We will do our best to ensure they are placed in the same session as at least one friend.

This data collection is processed under our legitimate interest to manage our services and communications effectively.
