Pick and Play Festival Rules and Regulations
To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for all, we kindly ask attendees to adhere to the following rules, which apply to the festival grounds, car parks, and activity areas:
Vehicle Access and Parking
The car park will be open from 08:00 on the day of the festival and close at 19:00.
Vehicle access to the festival area is strictly limited to those with a valid parking pass, which must be purchased in advance when booking tickets.
Cars must be parked in the designated car parks. Stewards will be available to assist with directions and parking.
Fire Safety and Restricted Items
Glassware is not permitted anywhere onsite.
Restricted items include knives, fireworks, drones, sound systems, and generators.
Cleanliness and Waste Management
Please use the bins and recycling points provided. All litter must be disposed of responsibly or taken home with you.
Alcohol and Substance Policy
No externally purchased alcohol is allowed into the festival grounds. Spot checks may take place, and prohibited items will be confiscated.
Alcohol is availble to purchase if you are over 18 from a vendor in the afternoon of the festival.
Illegal substances are strictly forbidden.
No Nuts Policy
Nuts are not allowed at the festival. They cannot be consumed, and our food vendors will not sell any nut products. Please ensure all packed lunches are nut-free. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe!
Safety and First Aid
In the event of an emergency or if assistance is required, contact a member of staff, who will call for help.
Familiarize yourself with the location of first aid points and emergency exits.
Children and Supervision
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Adults will only be permitted entry to the festival site when accompanying a child.
Animals
Pets are not allowed onsite, except for pre-approved assistance dogs.
Conduct and Respect for Others
Please respect the privacy and enjoyment of others by avoiding unnecessary noise.
Drunkenness, unruly, or antisocial behavior will not be tolerated. Those engaging in such behavior may be asked to leave without a refund.
Event Photography and Filming
Photographs and videos will be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By entering, you consent to your image being used in future Pick and Play Festival promotions.
General Safety and Disclaimer
The festival is held in an outdoor area, and the terrain may be uneven or slippery, especially in wet conditions. Attendees are advised to exercise caution.
Despite all reasonable precautions, unavoidable accidents can occur during activities. Participation is at your own risk.
Lost and Found
Lost and found items will be managed at the festival’s information points. Please report lost items as soon as possible.
Lost Children will be taken to the registration area of the festival and the parent will be contacted on there mobile straight away.
All found items will be retained for two weeks post-event. After this period, items will be donated to charity or disposed of.
Prohibited Actions
Do not enter restricted areas or climb any structures. Violators will be asked to leave the festival.
Admission Rights
The festival reserves the right to refuse admission or evict individuals without a refund for failure to comply with these rules.
